REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation and stress reduction and in turn can promote healing. It is a hands-on healing technique (although I rarely actually touch my clients) where “Ki”, “Chi” or Universal Life Force Energy is channeled through me to my client. Ki or Chi is the Japanese term for Life Energy that runs through all living things. Reiki can remove blocked or stagnant Energy so that we have a strong and healthy Energy exchange. Having a strong and well-balanced Energy exchange helps us heal and maintain our physical and emotional wellbeing. I am also a Certified Crystal Therapist. My favorite in person healing technique is Crystal Reiki where I incorporate laying crystals and minerals intuitively chosen by myself or my client on the client’s chakra points.

I also offer distance Reiki. Reiki Healing Energy does not know boundaries, if you are open to receive you will benefit. Some of my most profound healing I have personally received has been from a distance Reiki healing session. All I need is your name and your location. I will email you at the start of the session and when it is completed I will choose an oracle card and will email you a picture of it and the corresponding message.
